[6Jan22] I have been photographing the abuse of trees and other plants for many years. It first popped up in BAPhot in EyV Asg.5 and I find myself this week photographing discarded Christmas trees as neighbours wonder when the Bin-Persons will return.
So now is the time to pull these two strands together and set up a hub page which will link to any other occurrences.

[6Jan21] In this assignment I looked at plant deployment and use more widely but including abuse. I had already begun photographing the tree stump illustrated, having noticed its reluctance to die and I continue photograph it whenever I pass, which is usually several times each week. This archive will probably be at the core of my LPE Asg.5.
[6Jan21] I noticed Christmas tree disposal last year (post-Christmas 2020, or perhaps the year before). This year I was more systematic about it and looked for disposed trees while out on other tasks, i.e. High Street shopping and a trip to Greenwich for LPE Asg.2. The images are in the current Blog.
